  2. dumbbell chest press | 10kg
  3. machine flyes | 25kg
  4. tricep dips | setting 10
  5. lying barbell tricep extensions | 10kg
  6. dumbbell trciep kick back | 5kg
  7. overhead two handed tricep extension | 8kg
